ORDER FOR INDIVIDUALS, SMALL GROUPS, OR YOUR CHURCH TODAY

By purchasing tickets or attending Become One, each attendee agrees to these terms:

1. Registration: Tickets are sold per couple and are valid only for the individuals listed on the confirmed registration. Both spouses must satisfy any stated attendance requirements.

2. Payment: Registration is not complete until the required payment has been successfully processed. Payment-plan obligations remain subject to the terms presented during checkout.

3. Transfers: Ticket transfers are governed by the Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy above.

4.  Event changes:  Marriage Inc. may make reasonable changes to the venue, schedule, speakers, coaches, sessions, meals, or program content when circumstances require. Registered couples will be notified of significant changes using the contact information supplied during registration.

5.  Venue information:  The host city is Atlanta, Georgia. The venue address, arrival instructions, schedule, and other logistical details will be distributed to registered couples as the event approaches.

6.  Attendee conduct:  Attendees must interact respectfully with other couples, coaches, speakers, staff, and venue personnel. Harassment, threatening conduct, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, and violations of another attendee’s privacy are prohibited. Marriage Inc. may remove anyone whose conduct threatens the safety, privacy, or experience of others. Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

7. Program materials: Presentations, exercises, workbooks, recordings, branding, and other program materials belong to Marriage Inc. or their respective owners. They are provided for the registered couple’s personal use and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, sold, taught, published, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Personal recording: Attendees may not photograph, livestream, or make audio or video recordings during private exercises, coaching, group discussions, or any session identified as confidential. Limited personal photography may be permitted in designated areas or at designated times.

9.  Event Photography and Video Consent:  By attending Become One, attendees acknowledge and consent to limited photography and video recording during designated portions of the event. Marriage Inc. may use this content for event documentation, marketing, promotional materials, social media, websites, and related communications without additional compensation. Private couple exercises, sensitive disclosures, and confidential coaching conversations will not be intentionally recorded or used. Attendees who do not wish to appear in identifiable photographs or video must notify Marriage Inc. before the event and again at check-in so reasonable accommodations can be provided. Incidental appearance in wide-angle crowd or room footage may not always be avoidable.

10. Acceptance: Completing a purchase constitutes the purchaser’s agreement to these policies. The purchaser is responsible for sharing them with the second attendee included in the couple’s registration.

11. By completing this purchase, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Become One Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Marriage-Enrichment Disclaimer, and Event Privacy and Recording Policy. I understand that all sales are final and nonrefundable, tickets may be transferred according to the stated policy, and limited photography and video recording may occur during designated portions of the event.
